Silicon to Glass Bonding Wafer Substrate: SD-2
SD-2 is a type of substrate used to minimize the distortion and bowing effects caused by a thermal mismatch between two wafers. This mismatch is typically a result of the CTE curves of Borosilicate glass and CTE curves of silicon single crystal waves crossing at 240oC.

This OCXO (oven controlled crystal oscillator) covers the 8 MHz to 100 MHz frequency range and features ultra-high stability (- to + 0.2 ppb over -10oC to +60oC), a low aging rate (- to + 0.2 ppb/day, + 0.03 ppm/year), a low allan variance (- up to 3E-12 at 1s), and since wave or HCMOS outputs.

This oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) covers the 8 MHz to 100 MHz frequency range and is the industry’s smallest of its kind. It utilizes a unique SC cut crystal technology to achieve low power consumption (0.23W at +25ºC) and features an incredibly compact size, allowing for additional board space.
Heat Sinks with Low Thermal Resistance
