Electroglas, Inc./8200 is a prober that features a probe-center z-drive to address wafer probing needs for System-On-Chip (SOC) devices which require a very high Z-force wafer chuck with low deflection. The prober is based on the architecture of the company's Horizon 4090 family of wafer probers, and shares the same footprint, software and tester interfaces of the 4090. Other features include a large, removable scrub block and brush, CPU-based vision (PC Vision), and a 15-in. touch-screen monitor.
