IMP, Incoundry Services CD-ROM describes over thirty CMOS and BiCMOS processes for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design engineers. The IMP ISO 9001 registered foundry offers a variety of analog processes and capability, including low-voltage (1.5V) and high-voltage (12/20/30/100V) processes, fusible link technology, Schottky diodes, EPROM/EEPROM modules, high-resistance poly resistors, and low temperature coefficient poly resistors. Double-poly options ensure capacitor stability in analog circuits.
High-voltage manufacturing experience includes 30V BiCMOS processes for audio and power management applications, 100V CMOS processes for Electroluminescent (EL) display and lamp drive applications, and custom power programs exceeding 500V.
Electrically Erasable CMOS process modules permit the incorporation of user-configurable features into analog and mixed-signal designs. Applications include Smart Sensors, Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID), Smart Battery Management, and Personal Computer Thermal Management and Monitoring.
