August Technologyndler automation station increases the throughput capabilities of the NSX Series semiconductor wafer inspection systems by automatically loading and unloading wafers on film frames and die in Auer boats.
August Technologyndler is capable of handling two film frames for 8in or smaller wafers, or two Auer boats. It is available either as a single handling option to an NSX or can be combined with a whole wafer handling station for a complete pre- and post-saw inspection solution.
