The VJ-2000 provides the ultimate flexibility in x-ray inspection for any advanced ‘contract manufacturing' house using varying PC board sizes. The high magnification levels provide the ability to conduct high-resolution x-ray inspection of anything from flip chip components to microscopic bond wires. The Windows NT based ‘network compatible' software can be interfaced with any SPC package. The system can be upgraded with a programmable manipulator for automatic board inspection.
