Vibration Isolation Workstations

This line of vibration isolation workstations has been specifically designed for use on the production floor. The 9102 QC Series features a table with a large 48" high plexiglass enclosure with double front opening doors to keep equipment clean and block out any air currents. In addition, a special heavy-duty work surface has been incorporated into the design which lowers the center of gravity and provides the heavy inertia mass needed to help isolate instrumentation from the shock and vibration associated with industrial environments. This workstation boasts a 1300 lb. capacity and has a standing work surface height of 36". A work shelf is included inside the enclosure just above the floating surface for mounting peripheral equipment or transcribing data.

This workstation is available in three sizes: 30" x 36", 30" x 48", and 30" x 60", and is suitable for applications such as precision measuring of manufactured parts including contour checking, gear checking, and concentricity measuring. Vertical natural frequency is 1.5 Hz and horizontal natural frequency is 1.2.
