Veriflo Uses Semicon Southwest to Unveil New High-Purity Valves and Regulators

Veriflo Corp. (Richmond, Calif.), a designer and manufacturer of precision valves and regulators, released its new SQ 130E, 944G and Surface Mount Technology components earlier this month at SEMICON Southwest 97 (Austin, Texas).

The SQ 130E is a high-flow, springless, threadless regulator designed for process gas cabinets for gas companies, equipment manufacturers and end users. The 944 G Toggle Valve is designed for lock out and tag out applications in OEM gas boxes for hazardous gas handling. Veriflo is also developing components that will support the next generation of integrated gas systems and feature its Surface Mount Technology components.

Veriflo's products for the control and application of liquids and gases are used in the fabrication of semiconductors, and in various applications for the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.
