Vacuum Gauges
A line of vacuum gauges from HPS includes Pirani and convection-enhanced Pirani gauges
N/Aof vacuum gauges from <%=company%> includes Pirani and convection-enhanced Pirani gauges. The gauges measure vacuum pressure indirectly, based on the thermal conductivity of the system gas.
The Pirani gauge measures from atmosphere (760 Torr) to 10-3 Torr, while the convection-enhanced gauge measures from 1,000 Torr to 10-3.
Both gauges are made from UHV compatible materials, and are available as transducers or sensors with controllers. The convection-enhanced Pirani is available in a CE marked model.
