Intersurface Dynamics Incorporated (IDI) introduces VECTOR HTC-Plus enhanced ultrasonic detergent, developed specifically for the cleaning of silicon wafers and electronic materials. VECTOR HTC-Plus was formulated to increase the cavitational energy released upon the surface to be cleaned, making it ideal for ultra cleaning applications involving the removal of hard-to-clean organic and inorganic residues from silicon wafers and electronic materials. HTC-Plus can also be used in a variety of other cleaning applications, including megasonic and brush cleaning. Used alone, or in conjunction with VECTOR HTR post-lap rinse/wash agent, HTC-Plus brings efficiency and economy to high production ultrasonic processes.
