Triant Technologies, Innotech Sign International Distribution Agreement

Triant Technologies Inc. (Vancouver, BC) has signed an agreement with Innotech Corporation (Shin-Yokohama, Japan) to exclusively distribute ModelWare/RT, Triant's equipment monitoring and advanced fault detection software, into the Japanese semiconductor, flat panel display, and disk drive markets.

According to David Austin, president and CEO of Triant, Japan represents 30% of the global market for semiconductor manufacturing. Innotech, a distributor of semiconductor productions systems, test and design tools, and related products, will provide sales, implementation, application, and customer support, as well as the technical resources to ensure that ModelWare/RT meets the specific requirements of the Japanese marketplace.
