Total Fab Monitoring (TFM) Tool

Total FAB Monitoring (TFM) tool enables online visualization of all stand-alone equipment, performance analysis (RAM, SEMI-E10), and comparison. These tools are based on B-BEM technology, the basis for efficient equipment integration into ESEC's Autoline, the industry leader in flexible backend automation. Both the Recipe Management System and the Total FAB Monitoring tool join ESEC's other integration solutions that include process-step-specific applications, such as wafermap conversion (WMCP) for different die bond/die sort equipment and offline programming (OLP) for ESEC's wire bonder family.
