TIH Series Heater

The In-Line Series, point of use Heater quickly heats up DI water and various process chemicals with a minimum amount of exposed surface area. An ultra clean environment is provided with no metal to fluid contact. Wetted surfaces are of PTFE TEFLON® (heater and TFE TEFLON® heating chamber). A Process Controller which provides accurate and consistent temperature control is also available.

Heating Chamber

• Purged, PTFE TEFLON® sleeved heater! (Patent #4,553,024 - 4,158,764). Heater is continually swept clean and dry by a small purge of N2 or CDA. This feature removes detrimental moisture or diffused particulate matter thereby ensuring maximum heater life and clean operation.
• Rugged TEFLON® heating chamber
• Heaters are in direct contact with the process liquid for ultra fast heat up and response.
• Operating pressures to 40 PSI
• TEFLON® encapsulated J type thermocouple.
