Static Capacity Modeler

AutoSimulations, Inc., a Brooks Automation CompanyCapacity Modeler is a tool that performs investment analysis, capacity versus load analysis, rough-cut capacity planning, analysis of equipment required, and long-term capacity analysis. This tool is a component of a software suite for continuous productivity improvement. With this tool, planners are able to forecast tool, operator, and expansion needs.

It can be used on its own, or as the first step in a continuous productivity improvement process. The data needed to generate analysis and reports can also be used to perform a more detailed capacity analysis using dynamic simulation. The simulation can then dynamically schedule the shop floor, offer real-time production analysis, and perform real-time dispatching.
