Laurell Technologies introduces the largest table-top Spin Processor in the world, a huge 20" diameter clear ECTFE domed chamber to accommodate a 300 mm wafer or square. Featuring fully programmable digital control of speed, acceleration, time, up to seven injectors, nitrogen purge, large drain, exhaust port, and counter-balanced automatically locking lid . Available with Natural Polypropylene or PTFE Teflon® process chamber and many different chucks. Meets SEMI S2-93 if installed to company's explicit instructions.
