Software System for SCA-2500 Surface Charge Analyzer

Semitest Incnc. has released a new software system for the company's popular SCA-2500 surface charge analyzer. The Windows-based software package offers a generational improvement in user interface. The results of this more intuitive software interface are a shorter training cycle, smooth integration into process control software, and more rapid delivery of results. The software system is supplied with all new SCA-2500 units, and is also available as an upgrade for installed SCA-2500 systems.

The SCA-2500 detects contaminants (including Na, Fe, Ca, Al, K, and Cu), and senses process changes, equipment malfunctions and operator errors. This results in lower operating costs and extended mean time to maintenance cycles through better problem detection.
