Deuterium Light Source with Ultrahigh Brightness: L11798/L11799 Datasheet

These UV light source units contain a high-brightness deuterium lamp (H2D2) that emits light six times brighter than our conventional L2D2 deuterium lamps. The lamp is air-cooled, making it more convenient and easier to use than water-cooled lamps. The H2D2 is a suitable UV light source for many applications including semiconductor inspection, film thickness measurement, electrostatic remover, spectrophotometry, environmental measurement, and optical component inspection.
