Sharp Cut and IR Filters: W Series
These sharp cut and IR filters have been developed to meet the requirements of the European standard. Standard dimensions include 50mm square (polished) and 165mm square (polished and unpolished). Custom sizes and thickness are available, and a wide range of coatings can be applied.
The standard thickness for the W Series of sharp cut and IR filters is 2.0mm. Blanks are available in 3-4mm, 4-5mm, and 8-10mm. The addition of this series will provide flexibility in matching requirements for equivalent glass type on existing product drawings and thickness flexibility for new designs. The W series has the same top quality and excellent optical performance as our standard HOYA filter products.
