Semiconductor Test Systems

Hewlett-Packard Company offers a family of semiconductor test systems that are designed specifically to meet the volume production-test challenges of today's highly integrated System-On-a-Chip (SOC) devices.

Meeting the diverse cost and performance needs within the SOC marketplace, the new scaleable platform features models for both performance-driven and cost-sensitive SOC manufacturers. The series Performance Models (P-Models) use exclusive Pay-Per-Use technology, which permits frequency to be upgraded easily for increased flexibility with data rates of up to 1 Gbit/s. Series C-Models offer several fixed configurations and data rates of 200 Mbps and 400 Mbps, for less complex devices at less cost. Both series will support test heads having up to 448 or 960 digital pins and space for up to four analog modules.
