Secure & Pure™ Piping System for Ultra-Pure Processes

Edlon offers a secure, cost-effective, ultra-pure thermoplastic piping system for the semiconductor, water, and chemical industries. The Secure & Pure™ system is designed to protect critical transmission lines from mechanical damage as well as eliminate expansion problems common to solid thermoplastic systems.

Edlon Secure & Pure™ products combine the strength of a stainless exterior with a non-contaminating, unpigmented plastic interior produced and cleaned to semiconductor specifications. Virgin resin liners are available in PVDF, PP, or PTFE. All three meet chemical resistance, purity, and temperature capability requirements.

The stainless steel shell of the Secure & Pure products resists exterior corrosion, UV effects, and weathering. It also protects high-purity lines form both mechanical and seismic damage.

Secure & Pure system sizes range from 1/2" to 12" diameters. The new Secure Flange™ configuration is offered as part of Secure & Pure systems which will be used in applications where containment is required. Secure Flange provides effective handling of fugitive emissions using a maintenance-free, fire-safe, sprayout resistant system.
