The Real Time Dispatcher accesses the status of the shop floor via the APF Repository and executes dispatching rules whenever signaled to do so by the MES
AutoSimulations, Inc., a Brooks Automation Companyme Dispatcher accesses the status of the shop floor via the APF Repository and executes dispatching rules whenever signaled to do so by the MES. This product allows detailed criteria to be used for task selection and batching rules. It uses the current state of the APF Repository to dispatch. It displays dispatch lists within the MES system and has an icon-based rule editor.

Features include:

  • The Rule Editor, which is used for defining rules
  • The Dispatcher Preview, which emulates the MES dispatch screen for testing rules
  • The Dispatcher, which executes the rules and displays the dispatch lists on an MES screen
