The SCARA Robot TMB100 Series is a SCARA Robot.
The SCARA Robot TMB100 Series is a SCARA Robot. SCARA stands for Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm. It features a two-piece arm with joints that allow it to move horizontally and they rotate independently of each other. The most important feature of the robot is that it can cover a large working area with a rather small installation area.

    • Palletizing and arch motion functions for pick and place
    • High speed acceleration is possible (max. 2G at 1 kg portable weight)
    • Repeatability within 0.01 mm
    • Safe operation via area sensor and interlock capability

    • Up to 100 programs or 4,000 data points can be stored in the Memory Card
    • Direct teaching is also possible

    • Three RS232C ports for interfacing with PCs or other devices
    • 57 points for input and 56 points for output a maximum
  5. Self-diagnosis function
    • If there is some unexpected trouble, the robot's self-diagnosis function helps the operator deal with it immediately
