The Model S5 is a high capacity, back pressure regulator. Due to the flow path design, it is able to produce flows equal to or greater than some double seated regulators, for less cost. The unit is constructed of electropolished 316L SST barstock. This is done to eliminate contamination by particulate matter in the high purity service. Units can be electropolished to a 10 Ra finish.
