N/ACE is a spinning rotor gauge for high vacuum pressure measurements. The gauge offers high accuracy and is designed to measure pressure in the 10-7 mbar high vacuum range. Measurement range is 1 to 5x10
-7 mbar (800 mTorr to 4x10-7 Torr). Accuracy is specified at 1% of the measured value ±3x10-6 mbar up to 10-2 mbar. Long term stability is better than 1%/year.
