Rika Denshi America, Inc. was founded August 13, 1991 as a distributor of fine pitch test probes manufactured by its' parent company Rika Denshi Company LTD of Tokyo, Japan.
The company quickly moved from a distributor to a designer and manufacturer of custom test probes and coaxial interface structures.
