Watlow Electric Manufacturing CompanyF Probe Thermocouple is designed for use in the generation of plasma. Radio frequency energy can cause temperature measurement errors through radiation or conduction. The probe is ideal for reading temperatures through such interferences as seen in semiconductor wafer processing and etching.

The probe is designed with a combination of high performance materials. The sensor tip is made from a high thermal conductivity material to allow for quick results, and ceramics or Teflon electrically isolate the sensor. The junction is supported by high-density ceramic.

With a 5/16-18 UNC, ¼-20 UNC, or M6 stainless steel mountain bolt and flexible leadwire, the sensor can be connected with other instruments.
