The FilterChem™ Quick Dump Rinser, Series QDR, provides improved performance in the rinse cycle for the widening range of advanced materials and processes.
Capable of several different rinsing techniques, Series QDR meets the requirements in a variety of applications including processing of Silicon Wafers, Flat Panel Displays, Substrates, Optical devices as well as parts cleaning. Standard or custom units can be installed in existing wet benches or specified in the construction of manual or automated stations.
Available in a variety of sizes: Single or Double 4", 5", 6", 8" and custom sizes in Polypropylene, PVDF or PFA.
