The Quantum 2000 is a high performance Scanning ESCA Microprobe with a minimum x-ray beam size of less than 10um. The patented, focussed, scanning x-ray source provides unequaled sensitivity for small area spectroscopy. Optical photographs, x-ray induced secondary electron images, or ESCA maps provide a point-and-click user interface for definition of analysis areas.
