Since 1993, QC Solutions, Inc. has been a leader in the fields of non-contact, non-destructive wafer metrology and in wafer surface conditioning and cleaning. QC Solutions' equipment is used to enhance process yields and decrease manufacturing costs of wafer and semiconductor makers worldwide.
