Pfeiffer Vacuum, Inc.gas analyzer is available with 100, 200, and 300 mass ranges, high pressure capabilities, high temperature operation and a space saving 90 connector. It is designed for monitoring multichamber processing systems in production, but it is also suitable for R&D environments, such as high energy physics and for general purpose gas analysis. By analyzing residual gases in situ, this analyzer provides early detection of potential vacuum system problems, such as vacuum leaks or trace gas contamination.
A closed ion source model is suitable for the analysis of gasses and gas mixtures under increased pressure. A high temperature option is bakeable to 300° C making it also suitable for UHV applications.
This triangular-shaped gas analyzer incorporates the analyzer head and electronics into a single, compact unit that adapts to existing vacuum tools. Its design employs two filaments to double the uptime. This analyzer uses Windows-based software, and can be used as a stand alone tool or a number of units can be multiplexed with LAN fiberoptic communications.
