Poseidon MES Adapter

AutoSimulations, Inc., a Brooks Automation Company offers the Poseidon MES Adapter, its "off-the-shelf" integration module for integrating the Poseidon manufacturing execution software (MES) with AutoSimulations, Inc., a Brooks Automation Company Productivity Family (APF).

The APF real-time scheduling and dispatching software is unique because it offers a quick, off-the-shelf solution to integrating reporting and dispatching software with the leading MES packages for semiconductor manufacturing. In addition to the Poseidon MES Adapter, AutoSimulations, Inc., a Brooks Automation Company also offers MES integration Adapter modules for Workstream by Consilium (Applied Materials), FACTORYworks by FASTech (a Brooks Automation company) and Promis Encore by Promis (a division of PRI).

These APF Adapters quickly integrate with a fab's installed MES and allows manufacturers to begin producing schedules without the costs or time of customized integration.

Productivity Family software suite improves productivity, increases throughput and reduces work-in-process and cycle time through real-time scheduling and dispatching. APF's major components include: the Real Time Dispatcher, for real-time scheduling and dispatching; and the APF Reporter, which transforms raw data from the MES into useful time-based analysis information to help fab managers better understand their production processes.
