Portable Hydride Gas Detector

A lightweight, battery operated instrument designed to detect and locate hydride gas leaks in semiconductor fabrication facilities, the PureAire TG-5000KA Gas Leak Detector is ideal for detecting and locating the source of leaks from tools or valves, inspecting incoming gas cylinders, or providing temporary monitoring for maintenance personnel.

The TG-5000KA measures arsine (AsH₃), phosphine (PH₃), diborane (GeH₄), and silane (SiH₄) concentrations from 0 to 1.99 ppm with 0.01 ppm resolution and responds to 3 time TLV concentrations in less than 10 seconds. Other standard features include a local LCD readout, audio/visual alarm indicators, and 0 to 10 mV DC output port for use with an auxiliary recorder. The instrument will operate for up to 30 hours from its rechargeable Ni/Cd battery.

The TG-5000KA comes fully equipped for hand-held leak detection and includes an electrochemical hydride gas sensor with extension cable, carrying case, and AC adapter/battery charger. The instrument measures 1.5 (H) x 5 (W) x 5.25 (D) inches and weighs approximately 11 ounces.
