PRI Automation Inc. of the Leverage for Planning software is tailored to the semiconductor industry and generates production and capacity plans based on manufacturing targets and strategic business goals. The software is designed to allow manufacturers to quickly and easily explore a large number of "what if" scenarios, optimizing their production operations while aligning capacity to demand. The software integrates with other products available from the company, including the data model of the PROMIS manufacturing execution system. Using this data model enables advanced planning functionality without conversion of modeling data elsewhere in the computer-integrated manufacturing environment.
