Andonian Cryogenics Incn HP-40 Liquid to Gas Fill System converts liquid oxygen, nitrogen, or argon, into pure, oil-free high-pressure gases for filling cylinders and pressure testing. The system for liquefied gases is a self-contained, skid mounted system featuring a quiet electric motor-driven pump which can pump 2400 SCFH or up to 66 ‘E' cylinders per hour. Andonian Cryogenics Incn HP-40 has a control manifold, timer and alarm, a 140-liter container, is designed for filling high-pressure cylinders, pressure testing, and can be equipped wit ha regulator for process applications.
Andonian Cryogenics Incn HP-40 is capable of filling aluminum, steel, and fiber-wrap cylinders at different pressure setting up to 3,000 psi. The Liquid to Gas Fill System operates with a zero net positive suction head immersed in 140 liters of liquefied gas, in a vacuum insulated container requiring cool-down for the first batch of cylinders filled, but not again for over one week.
