LMS signals alarms, dials pagers, and displays real time data in a wide variety of formats, including graphs, charts, data tables, SPC graphs, and maps. LMS can serve as an engineering tool to provide continuous monitoring of cleanroom conditions, to act as an early warning system, or to analyze historical data for defect analysis. LMS can exchange data with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
