N/Awer 193-nm laser mirrors are designed for enhanced damage resistance in high rep. rate, high average power laser systems. The 193-FR45e enhanced mirrors deliver 193nm reflectance (97-99% @ 45°) and good laser damage resistance in industrial/medical applications such as LASIK, microlithography and material processing. The mirrors perform at 225mj/cm2 (100Hz) and 300mj/cm2 (200Hz). The company can provide complete mirrors to customer specifications, or can coat customer-provided material. Standard mirrors are available from stock in 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0-in. diameters.
