Knock-Knock Notifier works in conjuction with the WatchDog and Report Generator utilities. When an alert is generated, WatchDog goes into action to contact the preselected process personnel via a page, an e-mail message, light tower signals, or to enact switch closures. The exact company personnel schedule can be used so that the messages are only sent to the correct on-duty engineers or technicians.
