KDF has acquired from Tokyo Electron Ltd. all MRC Batch Inline Sputter and Etch Systems product lines. KDF will provide worldwide customer service support, parts and sales for the following products; 8000, 800, 200, 600, 900 series; BMC, Aries, RIE 51/61, MIE-710 / 720, Aries and BMC-600. KDF founded in 1986 began producing Sputter systems for MRC and recently TEL since 1986. KDF has always provided continuous product improvements for the Batch Inline products giving our customers high uptime cost effective Sputter solutions. In 1998 KDF introduced the 744GT large area Inline Sputter System and most recently the 844GT with a substrate area of 660 x 660mm for 300mm and Flat Panel production. KDF is located in Orangeburg, NY with representatives in Europe, Japan, Taiwan R.O.C., Singapore, Malaysia, China and Korea.
