  • Aseco VT8000 Machine Vision-Controlled, Multi-Track Automated IC Test Handler: The VT8000 is the world's first tri-temp automated test handler to combine the versatility of integrated machine vision with the throughput capacity of a multi-track conveyance system. This combination allows the flexibility to test QFPs, BGAs, or TSOPs in one-to-eight test sites with simplified package changeover for maximum utilization of costly ATE resources.

  • Aseco-AJU 7070 Ultra High Performance x64 (2x32) Horizontal Memory IC Test Handler: This new product offers a throughput (up to 6,400 UPH) by replacing 2x32 handlers in a small footprint. The handler features horizontal pick-and-place using a unique dual robot loader/sorter, combined with vertical presentation to the test head using specialized test trays. This system efficiently handles SOP, SSOP, TSOP-I, TSOP-II, QFP, and other advanced package types.

  • Aseco-Rasco SO1000 High Speed Convertible SO Test Handler: This new multi-site, gravity-fed test handler is designed to handle small SOIC, SSOP, TSSOP, MSOP, and SOT packages in dual as well as quad test site configurations or direct plunge-to-board. The handler's features include automated tube stack loader, large thermal soak chamber, pin 1 orientator, 4 manual sort bins, or automated tube stack unloader.

  • Aseco S-170D High Performance SMD Test Handler for High Frequency Test Applications: The S-170D is a convertible, tri-temp, gravity-fed handler. The handler's high throughput and low jam rate allow it to cycle large quantities of SOIC, SSOP, SOIC(N), TSSOP, or QSOP packages for test. The system also provides: a conductive, grounded device path for ESD protection, small footprint, short conversion times, large soakchamber, and test wall designed for ease of mechanical interfacing.
