High Vacuum Gauge Transducer

The HPS Series 903 line of Inverted Magnetron Transducers is a cold cathode vacuum sensor integrated with an electronic control circuit that will measure vacuum pressure from medium to ultrahigh vacuum and provide analog output for system control
N/Aies 903 line of Inverted Magnetron Transducers is a cold cathode vacuum sensor integrated with an electronic control circuit that will measure vacuum pressure from medium to ultrahigh vacuum and provide analog output for system control. The new Series 903 model ofers a pinout that matches the other hot cathode transducers in the industry. This allows the Series 903 to replace other ion gauge transducers without a system software retrofit.

The transducer includes a high voltage disable feature, turning the sensor off when out of measurement range. Maximum bakeout temperature for the IMT is 400°C. The inverted magnetron cold catode sensor has an isolated collector, maximizing sensitivity and minimizing noise.
