High-Speed AGP4x and DDR Testing with Its New Quartet One XL

Credence Systems One XL-- an extension to Credence Systems series--addresses the testing needs of next-generation graphics and core logic chip sets used in the most advanced PCs.

The emergence of the 266 MHz AGP4x (4x accelerated graphics port) bus is an important development since it enables much higher performance graphics for the video and entertainment markets. The 266 Mbps double data rate (DDR) interface to main memory provides high-speed microprocessors the memory bandwidth required for increased productivity. Credence Systems One XL is designed specifically to address these emerging high-speed technologies and offers the highest performance available within Credence Systems series. Credence Systems One XL is capable of testing these buses at speeds in excess of 300 MHz by adding an additional four timing generators per pin as well as a higher-performance pin driver.
