Naflon® PFA-HG Tubing features improved surface flatness to reduce entrapment of particles or liquids
Naflon® PFA-HG Tubing
Features:
Improved surface flatness reduces entrapment of particles or liquids
Enhanced stress crack resistance (i.e. fuming sulfuric acid)
Lower liquid or gas permeation
Reduced cleaning time
Improved dielectric strength
Minimal extractable fluorine ion
Improved clarity

Naflon® PFA-HG semiconductor high-grade tubing is made from the Mitsui Dupont 451-HG with lower level fluorine ion and reduction of spherical size of the crystallization structure. The surface of the wall is therefore flatter and smoother. Naflon® PFA-HG semiconductor high-grade tubing is suitable for high purity applications.

In addition to the normal characteristics of PFA tubing, Naflon® PFA-HG tubing has the following characteristics:
Smoother intersurface bore (Rt=0.2mm)
Reduction of residual particles and liquid
Reduction of cleaning time
Reduction in elution of liquid
Improvement in transparency of tube wall
Improvement in electrical insulation
Reduction in elution of fluoric ion
Improvement of crack tolerance under harsh environment
