SIMCO Static Control and Cleanroom Productsatic Control and Cleanroom Products takes a customized and comprehensive approach to total cleanroom ionization. Proper grounding procedures can efficiently neutralize charges on conductors, but only ionization can eliminate harmful charges on isolated conductors and insulative materials such as plastics.

Unsurpassed Performance and Control

SIMCO's sophisticated Gemini LV Room Ionization System offers unprecedented levels of performance and control. This microcontroller system features individually addressable emitter modules along with our patented non-metallic Germanium emitters for ultra-clean ionization. Plus,low-voltage power distribution makes wiring simple, safe, and easy to maintain.

Best of all, ion output and balance can be monitored and adjusted using the Gemini System Controller or the hand-held infrared Remote Control. Once installed and calibrated, the system maintains proper ion output and coverage for extended periods of time.

The "smart" Gemini Controller polls each emitter module to verify system operation, providing assurance that no alarm conditions exist. It is easily installed in most cleanroom ceiling systems. Aerodynamically designed to minimize turbulence in unidirectional airflow, each Module contains separate positive and negative emitter points with microprocessor control of ion output and balance.
