Flip Chip Calculator (self extracting "Setup.exe" file)

Asymtek's Flip Chip Calculator program is a stand-alone software application (less than 4 MB) that calculates the mass of fluid to dispense for underfill and flip chip applications. It is an ideal tool to use during customer discussions about process development. The user-defined die profile is analyzed against characteristics of the chosen fluid to determine whether the die and/or fillet tolerances are within recommended limits. If not, the user can modify the profile information or material until acceptable tolerances are achieved. The Flip Chip Calculator program by Asymtek® Fluid Dispensing Systems is compatible with Windows® 3.1, Windows® 95, and Windows® NT. The material table, which is expandable, already contains a wide variety of underfill materials from DexElectronics, Kester, Loctite, Namics, and Shinetsu.
