The M6751A Dynamic Test Handler processes 4500 devices per hour through design breakthroughs that concentrate high-speed handling technologies.

Aimed at the memory device market, including TSOP, SOJ, QFP, BGA, and CSP set-ups, the device provides an advanced memory production system.

Handling 32 devices in parallel, the unit incorporates a new controller and concentrates key technologies to improve productivity. It addresses the cost-cutting issue of how to rapidly supply object devices to test the system and sort them into their tested classifications.

To increase productivity, the company designed the M6751A to be network ready. With the insertion of a LAN card, a company network can easily be constructed.

This feature allows instant sharing and integration of information, from operational data to setting data, thanks to a sequence dedicated controller as well as a user interface dedicated controller that operates on Windows 95.

The unit has an adjustment-free change kit that requires replacing only the change kit and HIFIX interface. Because adjustment is unnecessary, anyone can easily and rapidly change device types.

Other features include: a touch screen display; 4-Step Function to efficiently measure devices with short test times; Buffer function to control throughput when many classification categories are necessary; Auto Reset Function to automatically re-execute tests; and Split Tray Mapping Function to increase the number of category classifications. A large number of optional features enabling customers to customize to their specific package requirements are available on request.
