DTS-200 In-Line Lead Finish System

The DTS-200 is dual section automated in-line tinning system for applications requiring a two stage flux and solder process. It is especially suited for Coils and Bobbins, but it is also possible to specify conveyor set-ups that will handle a wide variety of components in singulated form, or in strips or lead frames.

The system can be equipped with high temperature solder modules, which makes it suitable for applications that require simultaneous insulation wire stripping and soldering. The system is comprised of a central processing module and may be equipped with several input and output handling options, depending on the userís requirements. The DTS-200 may be placed in-line with coil winding equipment and output to test equipment, or set up to meet other interface requirements.

The system may be specified to run lead-free alloys with little or no equipment modification. To convert existing machines to lead-free requires only a change in solder module to avoid contamination.
