Dongbu HiTek To Highlight Specialized Semiconductor Process Technologies At GSA Suppliers Expo & Conference In Silicon Valley

GSA Suppliers Expo & Conference 2008
SEOUL, South Korea--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dongbu HiTek today confirmed it will highlight specialized process technologies developed at its world class semiconductor wafer fabs at the 15th annual GSA Suppliers Expo scheduled this coming Thursday, October 2nd, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Silicon Valley (Booth Numbers: 719, 721).

Among the technologies that the Korean company will showcase are high-voltage BCDMOS processes across 0.18- to 0.35-micron nodes (supporting up to 80V) and Analog processes across the same node range (supporting 5V to 27V) as well as best-in-class CMOS Image Sensor and RF processes.

Over the past year, Dongbu HiTek demonstrated its commitment to developing and applying specialized semiconductor process technologies. In addition to launching the world's first BCDMOS process at the 0.18-micron node, the company also completed two joint BCDMOS chip developments at the 0.35-micron level, one with ADDtek in Taiwan and another with Silicon Mitus in Korea.

In concert with this year's GSA trade show theme, "Global: Markets, Perspectives, Technology," Dongbu HiTek will also highlight how its best-in-class foundry services, notably die optimization techniques and a robust Intellectual Property portfolio, contribute to enhancing the global supply chain.
