Adventa Control Technologies, Inc.S is the next generation in machine control. Used by the major equipment OEM's worldwide, Adventa Control Technologies, Inc.S is a machine control framework that is configured by the OEM for control and management of cluster tools for deposition, etch and cleaning, lithography exposure and track systems, RTP, CMP and diffusion. Out-of-the-box, Adventa Control Technologies, Inc.S provides 70 to 80% of an OEM's control requirments, which means short time to market, a control with advanced features, low development and maintenance costs. Some of the features include; a robust GEM/SECS communication interface, a GUI that follows the SEMI style-guide, alarm management, recipe editing, material scheduling and process control with an interface to our ProcessWORKS module for Advanced Process Control.
