Comdisco Names Innes President of Electronics Group

Comdisco Electronics Groupmpany%> announced today that Roger D. Innes, 43, has been named president of its electronics group based in San Diego, CA. In his new position, Innes replaces and will continue to report to Michael Herman, president, Diversified Technology Division, which includes Comdisco's electronics, healthcare, and lab/scientific groups.

Comdisco formed its electronics group in 1992 to provide high technology services and solutions to the electronics manufacturing industry. Innes, who has more than 15 years of experience in high technology leasing and asset management services, had been serving as executive vice president and national sales manager for the division. Prior to joining Comdisco in 1992, Innes served as a vice president with both GE Capital Commercial Equipment Finance and Equitable Life Leasing Corporation.

"Roger has been a major contributor to the growth and development of Comdisco's electronics group," said Herman. "This promotion is a logical next step for him in his development as a member of Comdisco's senior management team." The move also allows Herman to focus on other aspects of the Diversified Technology Group, including the development of new international business opportunities for Comdisco, particularly in Asia.

Innes has a BS in business administration from the University of Kansas in Lawrence.
