CO2 fire suppression systems are designed and built for clean room use to provide wet bench fire protection. These systems require minimal maintenance while meeting nearly all fire protection requirements for installed wet benches and those housing flammable materials. CO2 extinguishes the fire and is scavenged into the clean room exhaust system.
