CM100 Control Module

NT International's CM100 Control Module is an integrated display and process controller designed to meet the needs of flow and pressure process control for chemical and slurry dispense applications.

The CM100 Control Module displays the measured value, such as flow rate, and the control set-point. Using closed-loop control, the control module is fully programmable and allows the user to fine-tune the control parameters.

For flow control applications using a control valve, the control module utilizes the flow output signal from NT International's Model 4400 Electronic Flowmeter to provide responsive and accurate flow measurement. The controller then positions the Model 6400 Control Valve forming a closed-loop control system.

For peristaltic pump applications, the control module reads the flow measurement of the Model 4400 Electronic Flowmeter and controls the rotation speed of the peristaltic pump to match the required flow rate set-point.

For pressure regulation applications requiring control of system line pressure, the NT International Model 4210 Flow-Through Pressure Transducer provides the pressure measurement signal.
